I have a history as a entrepreneur and a business coach that organically led to my interest in investing in and/or buying companies to build a portfolio. I am passionate to support the small-medium business owners as they face the unprecedented challenge of succession due to the combination of a shift in the upcoming generation's [lack of] interest in taking over family businesses at the same time that we are experiencing eleven thousand baby boomers retiring each day in America. Seventy percent of the retirees who own businesses are forced to close their doors, unable to find an appropriate buyer to keep their legacy alive. Not only is it tragic to see these individuals uncompensated for the decades most have invested to build their companies, but over forty percent of our country's work force depends on these businesses finding a safe pair of hands to take over the reins so these employees may continue to go to work each day and support their families. These are problems I am dedicated to solving. I bring commitment and enthusiasm to everything I do and I hope we can work together to find win-win solutions to your challenges.
